Sunrise Hospitality’s Director N.B. Patel had told city officials that they would remove the structure as soon as practicable. It would appear that they are moving forward with those plans.

H & H Environmental of Tiffin, Ohio, has secured the necessary permits to begin a massive asbestos abatement project at the site on or about November 11, 2015. It is expected that the abatement of asbestos will take up to six weeks. As soon as the asbestos is removed, the building will be demolished.
