Testing (Surveys)
To identify the location and condition of asbestos, mold, or lead containing materials and to create a written management plan to ensure any potential risks are properly managed.
Asbestos, Mold & Lead
Removal
To safely remove all materials that have been found to contain asbestos, mold, or lead.
Repair & Encapsulation
Encapsulation is conducted by trained staff in controlled conditions and in accordance with the latest industry regulations and standards. Although every encapsulation is tailored to each site, most processes tend to typically involve adequately preparing the area to ensure the best possible results and regular follow up checks to assess the condition of the asbestos over time.
Interior Demolition
The removal of the interior drywall, plaster, mastic, carpet, and tile.
PCB Ballast & Bulb
Disposal
Ballasts manufactured through 1979 may contain PCBs. PCB-containing ballasts become a concern if they are leaking or they will be removed and disposed of as hazardous waste.
Operations & Maintenance Programs
A formulated plan of training, cleaning, work practices, and surveillance to maintain asbestos-containing materials (ACM) within buildings in good condition. The goal is to minimize exposure of all building occupants to asbestos fibers.

Established in 2003, H&H Environmental is a growing company with active licenses in six states (Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, West Virginia, and Tennessee). It is an asbestos, mold, and lead abatement company specializing in commercial, industrial, and residential contracting. Our staff and field personnel are experienced and trained in all aspects of the hazardous abatement industry.
We offer asbestos, mold, lead Survey Testing and Removal, Interior Demolition, PBC Ballast and Bulb removal, Operation and Maintenance training and plans, and Repair and Encapsulation.
